BIBBS TECHNOLOGY LLC owns and operates MoveDefense, a driver activity log for saving stops, mileage, fuel records, receipts, photos, and PDF-ready route records. This policy explains what the web app and installed mobile apps collect when you use MoveDefense.
Email address, account name, username, password hash, account role, account creation time, and last login time.
Purchased plan or export option, payment provider, purchase or subscription identifiers, payment status, and renewal or expiration dates. For web purchases, Stripe collects payment details through its checkout.
Stops, business/customer names, addresses, arrival and departure times, GPS latitude/longitude saved with stops, odometer readings, mileage, fuel gallons/cost/tank gauge, delivery or load-change status, cargo notes, route notes, and PDF export choices.
Photos or image files you choose to upload for stop records, delivery records, fuel receipts, or issue records. MoveDefense stores uploaded images as provided; on-screen previews and PDF exports may display scaled copies for layout.
App screen, route state, online status, stop count, active app time, export events, current stop or destination label, city, state, and basic error details needed to sync, troubleshoot, improve app reliability, and run the owner/admin dashboard.
The web app and installed mobile app store working copies of driver logs and photo blobs in local browser or app storage on your device so you can keep logging while offline or during poor service.
MoveDefense does not sell personal data and does not use driver data for third-party advertising.

MoveDefense does not currently include third-party advertising, marketing analytics, or cross-app tracking SDKs.
If you connect MoveDefense to ChatGPT, MoveDefense gives ChatGPT read-only access to the available cloud records of the driver account you authorize during connection. ChatGPT can request selected stops, mileage, route timing, fuel purchases, receipt status, inspections, and record-quality results needed to answer your questions. MoveDefense does not give ChatGPT another driver's records.
Responses can include saved business or customer names, addresses, driver names entered in fuel records, notes, load details, vehicle identifiers, recorded dates and times, and photo or receipt filenames, counts, and availability. When you request photos or evidence, the connection can also send display copies of the selected stored images to ChatGPT and show them in an interactive evidence view with source links and integrity hashes. These records and images may contain personal information you entered or photographed. Original evidence files stay unchanged in MoveDefense. Raw GPS-coordinate and file-storage-location fields are removed from responses, and display copies omit embedded photo metadata.
This connection does not let ChatGPT edit or delete MoveDefense records. Information sent to ChatGPT is also handled under the privacy terms for your OpenAI account. You can disconnect MoveDefense from ChatGPT's app settings. Disconnecting revokes future access but does not delete information already included in your ChatGPT conversations; manage those conversations in ChatGPT.
MoveDefense uses HTTPS for data in transit, secure HTTP-only session cookies in production, password hashing, private per-user photo object keys, and no-store caching controls on authenticated API responses.
You choose when to log GPS stops, add notes, upload photos, upload receipts, and export records. You can remove stops, photos, receipts, or local device data inside the app.
Your plan's cloud-history window limits which saved records you can access, including through ChatGPT. It is not an automatic deletion schedule: already synced driver records can remain stored on MoveDefense's servers after they fall outside that window. Canceling or changing a subscription does not itself delete those records. Account deletion is a separate request.
MoveDefense cancels an active web subscription before completing signed-in account deletion. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the App Store are managed by that store and must be canceled there separately.
To request account and associated data deletion, use the account deletion page. Deletion requests cover account data, server-saved driver logs, synced photos/receipts, related app activity records, and MoveDefense-issued ChatGPT connection credentials unless retention is required for security, legal, billing dispute, abuse-prevention, or backup-integrity reasons. Requests submitted while signed out are recorded for review; MoveDefense may verify account ownership by email and aims to complete verified requests within 30 days.
